Transient Photocurrent and Photovoltage Measurement System is suitable for the solar cell of perovskite and quantum dot materials. The system is euqipped with high power single pulse laser which can obtain the decay curve of photocurrent and photovoltage for solar cell. Moreover, with high bandwidth oscilloscope and trigger technique, researchers can measure the lifetime of P and N type devices.
