High Sensitive EQE Measurement
The EL EQE values were obtained from an Electroluminescence Measurement System that comprised a silicon photodiode, a two channel source meter was used to supply the voltages and record the injected currents and to measure the emitted light intensity. High sensitivity EQE was measured using a QTH lamp as the light source and keysight 2912 as the high precision meter to record the current.
